There doesn't seem to be a Navy thread, so I'll start one.

And there are big problems at Navy Rayong. Dispute between the club and the navy; players not being paid; maybe have to play in Satthahip next season. Someone with greater skills than I may be able to flesh out the details

That is around for weeks now. But I couldn't really make much out of it.

I think the biggest issues is, that a different Ltd shall take care the club. But this against the rules of the TPL, as the actual Ltd is registered with the TPL. More or less, something like that.

Now that they have registered business identity as intellectual property, they should manage it intelligently or face reality and sell it at the market price. Should we change the thread's name or start another one?

Has everything been absolutely confirmed about the state of the club? They are now called Siam Navy and will play in Sattahip?

They are relocated to Sattahip. But they can't use the stadium it is under renovation. They bid for the IPE in Chonburi, but according to (new) league rules, it is not allowed to share a stadium. Remember Pattaya bid first for the IPE. Navy's backup plan is Sirindorn Stadium in Sriracha.
