Hello Everyone..
I follow the development of Thai Football for about 2 years now and recently a friend of mine told me that there's an interesting (or maybe I should say "embarrasing") incident between Indonesia 'n Thailand during quarter final Tiger Cup in Vietnam.
Can anyone in the forum tell me what was happening at that time ?
I'm curious  Huh?
Thanks !

Both teams were trying to lose the game so they wouldn't have to play Vietnam in the semi final. In the end Indonesia scored an own goal and lost 3-2.

Both countries got into a lot of trouble over the incident and, I think, were suspended from playing international matches for a time.

The Thai coach at the time was Wittaya Laokul who went on to coach Chonburi!!

That is a blameworthy match of both . Thailand , after that , was defeated by Vietnam 0-3 at semi-qualifer . I really hate this   Embarrassed

embarassing match but it was entertaining in some part of it...the indo.player scored a nice shot to their own goal and he got banned for life.
