We are not very good at keeping records, unfortunately.
I will find time and detail to elaborate these names sometime in the future.
For the time being, here is the list of FAT's heads from the begining to now
1916 this is the year FAT was formed
13.   พลตำรวจโท ชลอ เกิดเทศ - (this guy in jail at the moment - he a was Pol.Col.)
Here is Vijit
15.   วรวีร์ มะกูดี and - here is Worawi

Bunch of crooks that's for sure.

13.   พลตำรวจโท ชลอ เกิดเทศ - (this guy in jail at the moment - he a was Pol.Col.)
Here is Vijit
15.   วรวีร์ มะกูดี and - here is Worawi

10. Pol.Col.Torsak Yommanark was regarded the person responsible for a rising era of Thai football.
It was in his first term as the president of Thai Football Association of Thailand(1961-1963) that Thailand had
established ก. ง. divisions similar to that of Division I, II, III and IV of England. A former footballer of Suan
Kularb a prominant school with football program in his own rights, he launched National Youth Football
Championship leading to Thailand winning Asian Youth Football Championship in Malaysia in 1962.

In his second term(1964-1966), he had setablished relationship with German football sending players and
coaches to educate in Germany. The result of this part of his vision paved way for Thailand footballers to make
their appearance at the Summer Olympics in Mexico.

He was FIFA Vice-President-football activities Asia during 1966 - 1974

Amongst other things he had done for Thailand football during his time at the helm was bringing Santos Football
Club that consisting of several players from 1970 Brazil World Cup squad to play Thailand National team in
Bangkok I believe in 1971. He had also witness Thailand won Asian Youth Championship for the second time
before he left the post.

During this era, Burma and Malaysia of old English football and South Korea were 1,2 and3 in Asia, respectively.
Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam were occasional surprised winners then.

That concludes Mr.President Number Ten in my memory

Still existing so far as I know. They are known as Khǒr Royal Cup (ถ้วย ข.), Khor Royal Cup (ถ้วย ค.), Ngor Royal Cup (ถ้วย ง.)

This may help you.

Interesting indeed, while Bangkok Bank was the richest in football talents, they decide which division' trophy to go after. After winning a couple of division I(ถ้วย ก.), they then decided to move players down to hunt for division II, III and IV at deferent times. At one point, Thailand National Keeper was from division IV.

lokomotive is correct, division IV or ถ้วย ง. still exist but I have no idea of their admission criteria.
