In the past, we would sent a team called Bangkok 11 for this type of tournament.
Such team would make up off 2nd tier of Thailand National Team consisting of experienced former Thailand National players and up coming talents.
It was a good way to introduce young players under the sitting of older generation. But in a current situation, Sea Games unit be much more appropiate in my opinion.
