Hi everyone. Have been following this forum for a while but this is my first post. I found this list of player transfers for 2009 TPL. I'm not going to (attempt) translate all of the names, but it gives an indication of the amount of player trading each team is doing. The left column are players in, the right column players out. Muang Thong look to be fielding a new team next year, Pattaya United (it's listed at Pattaya United) and BEC-Tero are pretty active. I'm bit sad about Faifa-Ayutthaya losing their no.9 Pipat Tanganya to Port Authority as I'm a Faifa fan and he's one of their top players. http://www.coreballthai.com/transferPlayer.phpList any updates of player transfers. |

Yes. It's official. However, they are still using the old Bang Phra badge on the coreball site. Maybe they should run a competition to design a Pattaya United badge..........................Or maybe not  |

Good timing re starting to follow PEA this season. A few weeks before they won the league  I'm hearing all sorts of rumours everyday about Pattaya FC from various people connected to Bang Phra and Chonburi. The new stadium (according to rumour) is to be built on 3rd Road on land owned by Kn Wittaya Kunpleum's younger brother. Until then they will play their home games at a temple stadium about 10kms outside the city-more details, and thoughts, on the "Pattaya United?" thread. |

I heard about Santi but it's strange, he still don't have officially sign. We sign former U23 Wuttichai Tatong from Chula United but lose Niweat Siriwong to Pattaya United. Another key player who left... Very strange... I don't know what is happening in this club... I don't think that we can challenge PEA FC, Muang Thong or Chonburi FC...  Hopefully we got at least Kittipon Paphunga from Chula United, he is for me Datsakorn Thonglao n°2 héhé! |

In fact, Michael Byrne is not leaving Thailand. He is set to join Chonburi FC!
What i fear is Muang Thong United, they just kill us yesterday (BEC Tero 1-4 Muang Thong United) and are going to have Ronnachai Rangsiyo (thai international player) from PEA and Kaneung Buransook from Samut Songkhram, 2 very good strikers.

According to thaileaguefootball.com BEC Tero have signed 17 year old Supat Rungratsami from Portsmouth's Academy. Fans of the Championship Manager/Football Manager computer game might already be aware of his name, as he was always a good young player to buy. Lets hope he can show his "potential" in the TPL!

Do you want to find the next Michael Byrne for your team?? Here is a link to the PFA website, which lists all of the professional players in the U.K who have been released by their clubs and are free agents, or are available for free transfers. I doubt whether Sol Campbell or Ivan Campo will be interested in a move to the TPL  but some of the younger guys might. http://www.givemefootball.com/pfa-transfer-listI've already passed on the link to Khun Sasom, the manager of Thai Port FC. We could do with a few new players to bolster the squad. The only signing I've heard about so far is Wisoot Bunpeng, a young midfielder we have brought in from Raj Pracha. |

Forward Ronnachai Rangsiyo (MTU), plus goalkeepers Tanonsak Panpipat (MTU) and Samuel P Cunningham (TTM Phichit) are all now BEC Tero players.
The club says they are looking for up to 10 new players to strengthen their squad for 2011.
Former Bradford City defender Chris Brandon is currently on trial, and a decision on whether to offer a contract will be made after their next two friendlies.
Off-season signings made by BEC already include:
Teerathep Winothai (forward, MTU) (previously on loan)
Mika Chunuangsri (Suwannaphum Customs)
Supachai Pupa (defender, Chantaburi)
Jakarit Bunkam (Thai Port)
Martin (centre-half, Brazilian)
No word on whether Anon was part of the deal - over to you, Greg.

And another signing for BEC Tero - Tewa Srithammanusarn becomes their 9th new player to join the Fire Dragons. He's moving from Si Saket, and will get his first run out with his new team on Thursday in a friendly v MTU in Nong Jork. (Cue Druryfire asking which team is at home ) |

And at last, it's official..... Anon Sangsanoi will be at Muang Thong United next season. The most prolific Thai striker in recent seasons has signed a 3-year contract and wear no. 17. He said that is was difficult leaving BEC, as it was like leaving his home, but the lure of continental football was a major factor in his decision.

David Booth's contract as Laos coach is coming to an end, and it is tipped that he may next appear at a TPL club, as he lives in the Kingdom. Also, Thai Honda are resigned to losing most or all of their young under-19 stars. They have 7 players aged under-19, may of whom have played for the Thai U19s. Two have already moved on, and (you guessed it) BEC Tero are looking at a few of the others. As I 'm sure you can tell, I love off-season transfer speculation |
