[It reminds me of the old music hall joke about Oldham increasing the capacity at Boundary Park. A new sofa is being installed. B'dum, tssch!
I think a leather sofa where the 'Lookers' used to be would look pretty good! They could do it Thai style with a coffee table, some plastic flowers and a glass of red Fanta!

I used to sit on the wall, level with the halfway line, in the Broadway Paddock when I was a boy. It was a sad day when they knocked that stand down. Maybe Tero have bought it and will ship it over to Nong Jork brick by brick.

I agree. That is good news. I've always liked that little stadium and it's been years since I last saw a match there.

Is this the small stadium between Supachalasai and MBK?

I guess the fact that it hasn't happened yet is a good sign.
I keep grasping for good signs to try and convince myself that it isn't going to happen. For example, TOT moved to a province and attracted good crowds there but still decided to return to Bangkok. And the fact that they didn't go through with the Buriram move suggests that they see their future in Bangkok. Same goes for the Army. And it looks like Tero are trying to establish themselves as a city centre club if that reported move is a permanent thing but we've also heard that they are building a new stand at Nong Jork. I'm praying that Police have a good season, attract large crowds and stay in Rangsit. But then again, PEA were successful and attracted good crowds but were still moved...

Maybe the move from BEC will be only temporarly. Do you remember the 1200 LUX agreed at the last TPL meeting? Maybe one reason for the move. So maybe they will build up Lights and a new stand in Nong Jork. And move back for the 2nd half of the season.

He may have been a right hand of Manuel Pellegrini in 2002/03 at River Plate. But don't forget that BEC has two Chilenes in their squad. As reported: News Flash - Thai Premier League - 15 July 2010

I wonder why Chonburi aren't looking at Anon Sangsanoi but would rather concentrate on getting the overrated Teerathep Winothai. I can also see Kittipon Paphunga, Wuttichai Tatong and Prat Samakrat possibly leaving too BEC are just selling players really, I think they made a lot of money from doing so as seen with Teerathep Winothai, Chakrit Buatong, Kafoumba Coulibaly and some others Star players at the club don't stay for long sadly

Anon is not playing same position as Leesaw...
Leesaw at that time had the opportunity to go to Lierse so he took it. For Chakrit i think it's because Jorge took his 4 south american players so there were no place for Chakrit. About Kafu, he was at the end of contract during summer 2007. So i don't think they got a lot of money. At the beginning of the season, we give a lot of money for Anon to stay with us so not a lot of money left.
I wait a bit to see what news will happen in the next weeks... But i'm very sad...

Anon and Sayroot of TP are the best Thai players not to feature in the Thai national team. Robson won't touch them, but if i was coach, i'd be banging on their door along with Pibob On-Mo.

Thats just bad management, but one thing I wonder, why are they giving what it seems to the player a letter written in English. Surely it would be in Thai?
Surely step 3 should be something like.
3. If you cannot find another suitable club, then by all means come training with BEC at your own cost. Work hard and a new contract may be given.
Where did you get the letter from?

@ Felix, do you remember my words a few days ago? It now turned out like that. Furthermore, words I used in my News Flash from yesterday: Quote thai-fussball.de "Struggling club BEC-Tero seems to have a lot of problems. After the arrival of new coach Jorge Enrique Amaya (Chile), it looks like some players are trying to runaway from the Club as fast as they can. Namely so far, Chakrit Buathong, Paisan Sangarun, Panai Kongprapan and Intarat Apinyakul. It was to be heard that Amaya lacks of knowledge about the local game. Latest rumours are suggesting that skipper Thritthi Nonsrichai may also will leave the club soon and more players may follow. Under such conditions, the 2003 AFC Champions League finalist BEC-Tero, is facing a though 2nd leg. If things are not turning around, they may could face relegation at the end of the season." To add to the exodus, I've been told a Tero defender (possibly a full back) is signing with us (BG) in the next couple of days, but I don't know the name yet.

It all sounds pretty serious. Company team or not, Tero are one of the great names of Thai football and I really hope they survive. As long as that survival doesn't entail moving to a certain northeastern province as has been suggested in the past.

Interesting, and this was once the hope of all Thailand going to Europe and all. Hopefully, he can put in a few decent performances and cement his place in the AFF Cup squad...in goal of course.

Don't worry, Wowrai founded the club, Wowrai will save them. As for relegation, they really would have to drop some points.

Ask your new Coach. He may have an answer to it. .....or ask Brian L. Marcar. It wasn't the players idea to bring the coach in.

I don't really like the new coach much to be honest :/ he's making the team worse but the team WILL not disband which is the only good news in the past few days
also Leesaw is gonna be on loan till the end of the season with a monthly wage of around 100,000 baht (just to add more information to the transfer) and will wear the old number 14 shirt

HAGL president deny BEC Tero Sasana rumour A Thai newspaper revealed about HAGL Group's interest in Thai Premier League side BEC Tero Sasana and a takeover could happen in near future.
However, HAGL Group president Doan Nguyen Duc, who is currently in Laos, has denied the rumour and said he had no intention in buying a club overseas. HAGL head coach Kiatisuk Senamuang, who has been continuously approached by Thai press about the rumour, also believes it was nothing more than pure speculation. He said BEC Tero Sasana has been struggling recently so the club was linked with an overseas takeover but he thinks it's unlikely to be HAGL.
Just a few days ago, rumour also said Vietnam national team head coach Henrique Calisto was linked with a move to Muangthong United.

Surely Muang Thong would exceed their 'irritating foreign coaches quota'!!
